"DirDirect Came Through for My Dive Trip"
As I was getting ready for a vacation, I discovered I had a problem that required a new item. Luckily, DirDirect managed to get it to me fast, which really saved my trip. Their customer service was top-notch and super professional.

"Top-Notch Customer Support"
I just placed my second order with Dirdirect online. Both times have been a smooth ride. This time, I got myself an Aqualung Regulator Set. It came nicely packed, and they even tossed in a free Aqualung Regulator Bag. I'll definitely be returning for more diving gear!

"Cracking Customer Service"
This was my second online order from Dirdirect. Both have been faultless experience. This order consisted of Aqualung Regulator Set. Arrived well packaged and thrown in for free was a Aqualung Regulator Bag.
Will be back for more Diving gear.

"Unpleasant staff. Awful service"
I called to ask if they could get Nautilus block weights since they weren't on the site. A lady with a German accent picked up and simply said no, we don’t have them, and then just hung up on me.

I've made purchases here about three or four times before and had my cart filled with a back plate, wing, and a few other items totaling around £700. After this experience, I'm taking my business elsewhere. So rude!

"Rude staff. Terrible service"
Phoned to enquire if they could get hold of Nautilus block weights as they didn't have them listed on the website, a german sounding lady answered the phone and said no we don't do them sorry and just hung up.

I have shopped here 3 or 4 times previously and had my shopping cart ready to be paid online with a back plate / wing + few other bits here for roughly £700, after that i'm going elsewhere. Rude!!

Fantastic store, and top-notch customer support. I made an order, then realized I had overlooked a few small items - a quick email and they told me they'd pause the delivery on the initial order until I placed the second one, plus they provided a discount code to include the second order in the free shipping of the first.

I've been to the store, where the team was knowledgeable and super helpful.

The only downside to visiting the shop is that all the shiny gear makes it hard not to blow all my cash on dive equipment! ;)

Brilliant shop, and excellent customer service.
I placed an order, then realised I'd forgotten a couple of small bits - a quick email and they said they'd hold delivery on the first order until I placed the second, and they gave me a discount code to include the second order in the free postage of the first.

I've visited the shop, where the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

The only problem with visiting the shop is the amount of shiny stuff makes it tempting to spend all my money on dive kit! ;)

"Got my Evolve system and twinset..."
I got my Evolve system along with a twinset (everything showed up in just two days!). The only hiccup was that the harness and back plate were missing, but Dir was super helpful and sent it out right away. It showed up the very next morning, even though I’m 350 miles away. Their customer service is really impressive 😊

Ordered an Evolve system with a twinset (which all arrived within two days!) Only snag was the missing harness and back plate however Dir couldnt be more helpful and dispatched it straight away and it arrived the next morning- 350 miles away. Customer service is top notch 😊

Honestly, this is some of the finest customer service I've encountered while shopping online! I placed an order with a bunch of items, and then I found out one was out of stock. They shot me an email right away about it. I got my refund the same day, and my order showed up just 6 days later in Denmark! Major props to them! :-)

Some of the best(if not the best) customer service i have ever experienced online!
i made an order with af lot of items. Later on it showed that one of the items was out of stock! I received an email immediately about this. Got the refund the same day, and my order arrived 6 days after in Denmark!

I ordered something online but got the wrong product. I returned it for a refund and got my money back quickly. It's a bummer they didn't send the right item the first time around.
